The simples made in day 1 & 2 are crafted into an array of herbal preparations for cultivating health and vitality and for first aid application.
An herbal salve, cream, poultice, compress, massage oil, soak, bath and much more will be crafted in this full day of engagement with herbal preparations.
These handmade preparations from nature are used for daily health, first aid, acute or chronic situations, bath and beauty.

Then, come to Food Camp, Unleashed! Find out why these foods enliven your table, improve health and well-being and are just plain fun to make. Join EagleSong for a long-weekend of hands-on food creation leading up to a sumptuous feast on Sunday afternoon. Bring 2 heads of cabbage and 1 wide-mouth quart canning jar and you'll pound the kraut and take home a jar of fresh sauerkraut at the end of camp. This weekend is best suited to intrepid food explorers and anyone wanting a life closer with earth.
